BEEF

Beef are aged generally between 10-14 days depending on size of animal and fat content.
Kill fee $75

**Starting November 1, 2026, our kill fee will be increasing to $100 due to rising costs.**
Processing fee $1.00 per pound times the hanging weight.
We do have a minimum of $400.00, however it includes the kill fee. Any additional costs will be added to the minimum.

GOATS AND SHEEP

Kill fee $40
Processing fee $1.00 per pound times the hanging weight.
We do have a minimum of $100.00.

LLAMAS AND ALPACAS

Kill fee $50
Processing fee $1.00 per pound times the hanging weight.
We do have a minimum of $150.00.
