Beef are aged generally between 10-14 days depending on size of animal and fat content.
Kill fee $75
Processing fee $1.00 per pound times the hanging weight.
We do have a minimum of $400.00.

GOATS AND SHEEP

Kill fee $40
Processing fee $1.00 per pound times the hanging weight.
We do have a minimum of $100.00.

LLAMAS AND ALPACAS

Kill fee $50
Processing fee $1.00 per pound times the hanging weight.
We do have a minimum of $150.00.
